- $6.5 million in reserves, up from $500,000 in 2001

- Plan assets have grown $50 million in the last 15 months (assets at higest level in plan history)
- Pension cost cut by $3.3 million in 2011

City Government
- Reduced staff by 10%
- The Building & Zoning Department has been restructured and reorganized to provide "faster and friendlier" customer service

- The property tax rate is lower now than it was 5 years ago and has only caried within .2 of mil over the last 10 years.
